Apple Fest

This fall, A Great Day Farm invites you to celebrate the joy of the harvest season at our first-ever Apple Fest on October 4! Sponsored by our friends at Community Resource Bank, this inclusive, family-friendly, and sensory-friendly event will welcome visitors of all ages and abilities to enjoy a day of fall fun: apple tastings, cider pressing, crafts, music, and more. We’re excited that our apples will be extra locally-sourced, coming from our neighbors at Silkey Gardens!

Admission:
We encourage you to sign up for a ticket above. This helps us plan ahead so the event is comfortable and accessible for everyone. We are committed to making this event accessible to everyone who wants to join. While we suggest an on-site donation of $5 per person or $25 per family, it is optional. Please give what feels comfortable within your financial reality—every gift, no matter the size, helps us continue our work and is deeply appreciated!

Activities:

• Therapy animal visits from North Star Therapy Animals

• 3 -4 pm: Sing Along Music from ArtMakers

• Tank the horse from Mowry’s Lazy Meadows

• 100 year-old cider press demonstrations

• Crafts/Apple Art

• Fall photo backdrops

• Apple & Cider Tastings with cider sold on-site from Sogn Valley Orchards

• Gift Basket Silent Auction

• Depending on weather & apple readiness, Silkey Gardens may be open for picking. Regardless, apples from Silkey Gardens will be available at the farm!
