Honoring the Legacy of Our Friend, Tonya

Tonya was a vibrant and cherished part of our community. She passionately supported the farm’s mission by raising funds and contributing her energy to help us grow. Her love for books was infectious. She could often be found borrowing as many as she could carry from the farm’s collection, always eager to learn and explore new worlds.

Tonya had a gift for making everyone feel seen and valued. Her curiosity extended to languages and cultures, reflecting her deep desire to understand and embrace the richness of the world around her.

Her absence is deeply felt by all of us. As we move forward without her physical presence at the farm, we remain committed to honoring her spirit. We are working to create community programs, connections, and opportunities that reflect the joy, curiosity, and warmth Tonya brought to every interaction.

Contributions received in honor of Tonya will be directed by her family towards community-building & connection opportunities at the farm.
