At A Great Day Farm, our board members get things done and have fun while doing it, all in service of a mission much larger than any one person. We’re entering an exciting new chapter in the farm’s journey and are looking for dedicated, community-minded leaders to help guide our growth.

Now recruiting board members to begin service in January/February 2026!

Skills That Support the Farm

We’re especially seeking individuals with experience in:

• Finance

• Nonprofit management

• Fundraising and development

Lived experience with disability — whether as an individual, family member, caregiver, or advocate — is encouraged and valued.

• Support planning, fundraising, and resource development.

• Guide organizational growth with integrity, inclusivity, and passion.
